What is Pure Kraft?
The plate loaded series combines free weight training with original equipment training. 
Eccentric or sophisticated lever arm changes cause an adaptation of the resistance curve, which harmonizes with the natural strength curve. This allows you to optimally stimulate your muscles and achieve the best possible training results!
